Haley Grimes, Reporter, Cartoonist
Haley Grimes is a reporter and cartoonist for The Meridian Daily, where she seeks out school news, and creates the cartoons for the website.
Haley has won multiple awards for her art and loves bringing school topics to life for students to laugh at. She also was recruited to go to journalism state sectionals for cartooning last year. Haley participates in Mental Health Advocacy Club, and in her free time does photoshoots or paints. You can expect hard work, creativity, and a dedication to Meridian news.
Haley joined journalism two years ago after Mrs. Moore recruited her via email after observing her writing skills in sophomore English.
